Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Download & Print
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Track
Leave your parcel at any authorized postage drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy until your store credit has been issued.
